Shae + Mitch are the ultimate power couple; professional sportspeople, co-founders of the activewear label Once Upon a Run, and mega soul-mates. Their joyous love for each other and the life they’re creating together is palpable, and truly inspirational for everyone they meet.

Their festival wedding was as gorgeous as they come. Planned and styled by Sooti Event + Styling and held on New Year’s Eve on Mitch’s family’s property in rural Victoria, the party lasted well into the morning, seeing in the new year in the best way possible. The newlyweds then camped with their friends and family in the very grass Mitch played in as a kid. We were honoured to be invited along to the party, and are thrilled to share their story with you now.
